Description

Use Bridgeport’s 570-RI 3/8" Red Insulated Fire Alarm Cable Connector to join 14/2 to 10/3 (.42" to .61") AC, MC and MC-PCS cable to an electrical box or enclosure. The color-coded red finish signifies that this connecter is also suitable for 18/2 to 12/4 (.38" to .61") solid TFN or THHN fire alarm cable, as well as 18/2 to 14/2 (.41" to .61") solid twisted pair fire alarm cable. Die cast zinc connectors feature a precise fit, finish and excellent corrosion resistance for use in harsh environments. The insulated throat of this cable connector protects inner wiring up to a temperature of 105°C. To install, simply insert the cable into the connector and then tighten a single screw before securing the fitting to a 1/2" knockout.
